Our premium smoked salmon is sustainably raised off the coast of Scotland. The cold waters produce salmon that are strong and high in fat content. The higher-fat content leads to a mild and buttery texture.

Storage: Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within four days after opening the sealed pack. Consume before the sell by date.
Product may be frozen. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost before eating.
